- Shipping is carried out by US postal service, from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, excluding public holidays. Orders are hand-delivered and require a signature upon receipt.
- Shipping costs is fix price. These shipping costs are provided inclusive of all taxes. For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. From the World with Love Online does not collect, and is not responsible for payment of this duty.
- Your order will be dispatched within 5 days of placing your the order. FTWWL cannot be held responsible for unforeseeable shipping delays. In the event that FTWWL is unable to deliver the ordered items due to a sudden unavailibility, even temporary, of these items, FTWWL will inform the customer without delay, and within 5 days at the very latest, by electronic mail. Amounts already paid by the customer will be refunded as soon as possible and at the very latest within 30 days of payment of the amounts.

- Returns & Replacements
- You have the possibility of returning any item purchased on the FTWWL on-line store within 7 days of receiving the order. Nevertheless, FTWWL reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that does not conform to the conditions below. FTWWL will reimburse the item returned by the customer if it is unused, if it is accompanied by its tag, in its original state and packaging, accompanied by its invoice on which should be stipulated the return number which will have been provided beforehand by Customer Service. The Return Service will be responsible for checking whether FTWWL can accept the returned item.
- You must contact our Customer Services by clicking here to obtain a return number to write on the invoice. Returns cannot be accepted without this authorization number. The item must be sent back in its original state and packaging accompnanied by its invoice on which the return number will have been specified. The return number must also be specified on the package. We recommend that you send the item back by recorded delivery or by any other method providing confirmation of the date, in order to obtain proof of return of the returned item. - The refund will be carried out at the latest in the 30 days following receipt of the returned item, by crediting your bank card or PayPal account. Customers are responsible for returns costs. Items returned incomplete, damaged, spoiled or dirty will not be refunded.
- Unfortunately, international orders cannot be returned or exchanged at this time. All international orders are final.
- Ordering
